Ingredients: 2 tbsp Olive oil, 1.5 lbs ground beef, 2 garlic cloves, 1 24oz jar marinara sauce (I like Prego), 1 tbsp Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, 1/2 C sour cream (at room temperature), 1/2 C grated mozarella (easier when it’s very cold), 12 oz pasta of preference, 8+ basil leafs (I use way more but that’s because I LOVE basil).
Directions: First, brown the meat in the olive oil with the garlic. Then add the sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, stir t all up till it’s well combined and let simmer about 15 min. Next, add the sour cream, and stir to combine. Then the mozarella, and stir to combine. Finally, add the pasta and stir to combine. Top with basil and extra mozarella as desired.
