We start by going to the place we love to buy pizza from (Pizza Rosa) and buying some of their pizza dough… It saves a ton of time and hassle, and is amazing! Once we get home, we preheat the oven to 475 degrees with your pizza stone inside while its heating, and prep the stuff. I use Prego Traditional Marinara Sauce, mozzarella cheese shredded, and whatever toppings you like (we did onion over it all, pepperoni over 2/3, and black olives over 1/3 so we each got what we wanted). Now that everything is prepped, flour your surface and start to stretch the dough using gravity to help you. Make sure you get it nice and thin for a good crispy crust. Spread on the sauce thin but enough to give flavor. Sprinkle on the cheese, again thin, but nice and even. Add toppings as desired. Careful not to add too much or the middle won’t cook through. Carefully slide it onto your pizza stone (this is the super hard part for me). Keep an eye on it as the crusts take different times to cook, but ours took about 15 minutes. Once out of the oven, let rest for 5 minutes, and then cut into pieces. We used the extra dough we had by stretching it like we did the pizza, cutting it into strips. We then brushed in some butter, added pepperoni to some and then topped with Parmesan cheese. Note to self, we should have put some mozzarella cheese between dough or butter and pepperoni because they did not stick. Then cooked those for about 8 minutes. Microwave some prego and use that for dipping. Enjoy!
