This one is super easy and it tastes so good! Start by cutting up into chunks 1 onion, 1 green bell pepper, and 1/2 red bell pepper, and 1 or 2 chicken breasts depending on the size. Once that is ready, rinse your rice till it’s mostly clear water when you rinse it and then put it in your rice cooker and hit “white rice” if you can.
Now, cook your chicken in a little olive oil. Set it aside and cook your veggies. While those are cooking, cut up some baby corn and open the can of water chestnuts (drained). Once the veggies are tender but still have a little crunch to them, add the chicken back to the veggies, then pour the Kikoman stir-fry sauce over it. Let the sauce warm up and then add the corn and water chestnuts. Stir around and serve once the rice is done. Note I sometimes add broccoli by steaming it and the ln adding it with the corn.
