Preheat he oven to 350 degrees and prepare your pans (this means either spraying or putting liners into the cupcake tin or mini cupcake tin). Put 1 3/4 C whole wheat flour, 1 C skim milk, 1/4 C honey, 1/2 C peanut butter, 1/4 C vegetable oil, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 2 eggs, and 1 tsp baking soda in a stand mixer. Mix on low till combined, then beat for 2 minutes.
Use a cookie scoop for minis like I did, or an ice cream scoop for full sized ones and scoop the batter into the liners or tin to be about 3/4 full. Bake for 12 minutes for minis or 18-20 minutes for full size. Check to be sure they are cooked through, then let cool completely before taking them out and giving them to your pups.
This makes about 4 dozen minis. We usually make a half batch and still end up sharing with other dogs at the park and such. We are careful Witt how many we give them each day because they have wheat and eggs in them which affects them because they have sensitive tummies (ours are the only ones I k ow of that have this issue).
