We seasoned the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides and my loving Hubby started grilling it. About half way thorough, he basted it with some sweet baby rays BBQ sauce (which we also used as a dipping sauce which is the “ish” part of the healthy-ish). Once off the BBQ, we let it rest while we made the broccoli. Broccoli florets, a little water, and some butter in a microwave safe bowl with lid (or a Tupperware thing made for this like I have), microwaved for about 2 minutes on high. Toss it when you take it out and then drain the extra water.
Serve it up and enjoy a nice filling but light dinner.
